Review Zero customer service

Really upset( I tried two ugg pairs of boots, and when I asked to try a third one in different color the lady refused and told me to come back when I make up my mind. I'm not sure whether she was not in the mood, or it was my old home clothes that made her think I'm not capable of buying two pairs, but I feel upset and not coming back there. Which is a shame, because the boots are not bad.
