This recipe also includes some variations so that you can further customise it to include rum, nuts and even, how to make it completely Gluten Free. It is already dairy free. The cake lasts for a few weeks, despite having NO ARTIFICIAL ANYTHING, and promises to be as moist and as delicious as any fruit cake or Christmas cake you have ever indulged in.
