Healthy Hearts Natural Foods is an online recipe site that offers a fruit cake that is moist, delicious and totally natural with No Artificial Colouring, Flavouring or Preservatives. I was told by a professional chef 19 years ago that my recipe would not work without all the butters, sugars eggs, fats or artificial flavours, so I set out to prove him wrong. After many trials and errors I did just that, hitting on the perfect recipe, and indeed, it does taste amazing. It is almost addictive! It is moist and full of flavour. As mentioned, this fruit cake recipe is of my own design. I imagine others making this fruit cake for friends and family and their reaction when told it is healthy for them, would be one of shock.
