Yogaboogie is a new dance class that fuses the two favourite 'feels good for the body' exercises into an all in one class that leaves you feeling totally alive!Yogaboogie works directly with intelligence; by trying new moves and rhythms which at first confuse us, we concentrate until eventually we 'get it', a lot like a drummer might learn how to work their limbs in different timing sequences. Exercising like this stimulates the mind and aligns it with the body in harmonious ways! Yogaboogie has evolved to combine elements of ballet, rap dance and even the subversive form of Japanese dance called Butoh whilst remaining true to the idea of giving the whole body a chance to unwind.
