McKenzies Compounding Chemist is a boutique pharmacy located on the iconic Beaufort Street strip in Mount Lawley. The pharmacy has been a feature on the strip since the early 1950s.It was one of the first pharmacies in Perth. The pharmacy was taken over by Mr Chetan Hegde in 2003. Chetan graduated with a bachelor of Pharmacy from Curtin University in 1998. He bought his first pharmacy in 2000, Priceline Beaumaris which he still owns before buying McKenzies in 2003. In his spare time Chetan enjoys traveling and spending time with his two Schnauzers Claude and Margeaux.
