Paul Vickers set the up The Tree Firm in Perth with aims to deliver unparalleled tree care solutions to his clients through highly skilled, professional and motivated staff, more importantly, an emphasis on the service to the customer. With 15 years experience in the tree service industry, along with working in London, Sydney and now Perth, Paul found that too many tree companies strived for growth by branching out into multi-teamed businesses. A result of this was a lack of professionalism and the standard of the work decreasing. Paul has chosen to keep his team tight knit, multi-skilled and personal.
