These are the worst ppl I had ever dealt with. We were told to go there by our insurance company, my first initial thought was he wasn't overly friendly, and I really with I listened to that thought! After 4, maybe 5 weeks we finally got a quote for our insurance company, and the day I rang to find out how things were going and if it was approved, he said yes, I said I understood there may be a wait in repairs but before I could even finish my sentence he cut me off and said he would get to it when he could, and that he doesn't need me contacting him every week (this was my second time contacting since dropping it off) he then proceeded to get aggressive and tell me that he has 15 customers a day chasing him and ringing asking how thier repairs are being done, and he spends more time on the phone than he does fixing, I said ok, I understand that, and this was my second time calling him so there is no need to take it out on me, I then asked if it was possible to it would be finished by Christmas for us to go away, he rudely told me id be pushing it, but he will do it, but I was not to contact him at all in the meantime and he would let me know when its ready.. shaking by this time, I got off the phone and rang my insurance, and asked if could swap repairers, after they swapped repairers, the insurance rang him to tell him we are no longer going thru them and I just needed to call and tell him when I'd pick it up, which I then did, only to be told, like a 2 year old cracking the poo's, he had put it out the front nature strip with the key in the door, that he wasn't a storage unit, and hung up the phone on me, I rang back to discuss this further only to be hung up on again!
I would not recommend this place at all to anyone, later on finding out, that this place has a bad reputation... the most awful, rude and abusive person, with the worst customer service I have experienced.
