My company OCEANVIEW NOMINEES PTY LTD, currently owns 2 supermarkets,2 liquor shops, a real estate agency, and the business in question - a hardware store.The supermakets are large, run of the mill jobs. The liquor stores are big, cash and carry style stores catering for everybody's needs. The real estate agency is for me part time to manage the companies commercial buildings and buy and sell a little bit of real estate.The hardware store is not a Bunnings style hardware store, but more of a small family store which ranges everything including but not limited to household cleaning products, security systems, electrical and plumbing systems, auto accessories, electronics, and a large range of homebrew accessories.As the businesses are in a small town, varied/diverse products are seeked as they can be onsold with decent margins without competition.
