Our house was built 10 years ago by Craftsmen Homes Sunbury Victoria. We have had ongoing problems from the time we moved in. The plasterwork in the house is extremely shoddy and even after a few months of moving in, cracks started to appear throughout the house. This has been going on for 10 years now and the latest is a massive piece of plasterboard cracking and falling down. We have a 6 metre long crack running along the family room ceiling. Any time anything was repaired a bit of pollyfiller was slapped on with a lick of paint. The rumpus room/family rooms ceilings are all coming away from the walls. Had an independent engineer inspect the house and was informed the plaster work is appalling. The house isn't level and everytime we have heavy rain the garage floods and water comes up to the front door from the bad drainage work at the front of the house. There are cracks in every room of the house and paint peeling off in the main bathroom and toilet. One of the repairers they sent out to fix the shocking cracks above the kitchen cupboards said the whole area needed cutting out and redoing. Like all other times pollyfiller was just used and a slap of paint put over.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody to build their home. The builder informed me with the latest incident with the huge piece of plaster coming down in the garage that somebody would be out to repair it. This was back in June 2014 and I was just informed by email that they will no longer repair it!

I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of work by this company.
