delivery is an overstatement!
The Economist is consistently left on the ground floor of the building ,near the lift...despite the floor address being on the front. No one to call . still trying to contact delivery . Who knows who gets to read our copy as we only get it every 2nd or 3rd delivery. No service and i imagine SOMEONE is being paid!

Lazy
The phone number given on the Print Media Distribution website is disconnected so writing a review appears to be the only way to contact them.
Their delivery service is incredibly bad and the person who drops the Economist off at my address is lazy in the extreme. The weekly copies are simply thrown on to the road outside my property in WA, the delivery person being too idle to pop it into my mail box. I arrived home last night and found the latest issue of the Economist lying in a puddle of water on the road, completely saturated after 32 mm of rain that day. The pages are all stuck together and unreadable.
Doesn't anyone at Print Media Distribution or the Economist actually CARE?

Consistently slow and awful
This firm distributes The Economist in Australia and our experience is awful - many issues were lost and almost all delivered at least a week after the magazine became available in newsagents. Many emails between ourselves and The Economist subscription service in Singapore(?)resulted in absolutely no improvement. The fact that they persist with the distributor amazes us, unless there is a corporate connection they value higher than simply delivering a magazine on time.

I believe this company distributes The Economist in our area (Roseviile 2069).
Distribution for the last 6 months has been lousy, many issues not delivered, or left on the curb at the end of the street.
We have emailed The Economist (in Singapore) many times over the last 4 months, but nothing seems to change.
Just that they will review the distribution.
I would suggest they consider changing their distributer.
