Naturopathy is a holistic approach to medicine, where the underlying cause of disease is determined and treated through nutrition, herbal medicine, dietary and lifestyle modifications.  A Naturopath uses blood tests, urine tests, iridology, nail and tongue analysis to determine any nutritional deficiencies as well as underlying causes of disease.  As part of my initial consultation I work out a detailed diet and lifestyle plan to suit your individual needs and also supplement with any natural medicines that you may require. I have a full herbal and nutritional dispensary in the clinic and only stock high quality prescription only medicines.
