Armidale Greyhound Racing Club

Armidale Greyhound Racing Club races 15 times a year, has a grass circuit and motor driven lure system. We race over 365m, 440m, 520m and 612m. The premier dates of our racing calendar are the Armidale Cup Carnival. In 2008 the carnival is running on the 2nd, 9th, 10th and 16th of February.The flagship events throughout the Carnival are the Nissan Tiida GRNSW Armidale Cup over 520m with $4,000 to the winner and Nissan Micra Mixed final over 365m with $2000 to the winner. Information about these and other events can be obtained from the Carnival link on this page.Trials are run on Sunday Mornings at 9am. At other times at least 24 hours notice is required. Nominations for our race meeting close at 4pm on the Tuesday prior to the meeting. The box draw is normally completed by 11 am on
