Reviews of Factory Buys Australia - Carrara

I ordered furniture with this company and was then sent an email stating the shipping would be an additional $350 and asking if I wished to go ahead with the order. I replied stating I would only like one item on the order and did not receive a reply until 24 hours later at which point it was magically dispatched (not shipped) and suddenly they couldn't ammend the order. No one will respond to my many messages and there is no phone number to contact them on. Very dodgy website and I will be reporting them
