Review of Dr Austen Plumbing

Very unreliable. Time after time Dale didnt show up as arranged, when I would call him he would say he was really under the pump, make another time, and not show up again. He kept acting as if this was all ok. I even got him to formally promise on his honour that he would turn up next time, and he simply didnt show. This guy's slack attitude cost me a lot of time and money before I ended up getting someone else.
