• Supervise and manage leading hands and sub contractors
• Assist in procurement and resource management on site
• Help manage budget and help reduce project cost
• Assist project managers with project delivery
• Help support and mentor team
• Liaise with clients and suppliers
• Assist in compiling progress reports to management

• 5 years experience in a supervisor role
• Posses a strong civil background
• High level of WHS knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and adapt to any situation
• Australian Working Rights
