- 2+ years call centre experience
- Driven and self motivated
- Goal oriented
- Highly organsised
- Speedy learner who is able to pick up systems and procedures
- Can work independently and be supportive in a team environment
- Customer service comes natural to you
- Possess impressive listening skills
- Intermediate skills using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
- Experienced in complaint resolution
- Proven capabilities of dispute resolution and problem solving
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with stakeholders and offering support where required
- Preparing quotes
- Inbound and outbound calls to warm leads
- Coordinating sales and bookings
- Scheduling and booking appointments
- Ability to grow and develop existing relationships
