Your New Role

You will join a global business dedicated to providing life-saving tailored technology solutions. As the Supply Chain Specialist, your aim is to ensure a smooth order and distribution process for all customer orders. This is a diverse and operational role that requires a high level of customer service, reporting and administration.
Main Responsibiities

• Process customer orders into the system
• Ensure product SKUs, quantities and prices are all correct for orders
• Monitor orders and communicate any changes in regards to distributions
• Ensure paperwork is compliant to company standards
• Maintain a high level of customer service

About You

• Customer Service, Order Processing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Distribution, Call Centre and Contact Centre experience highly desirable
• A customer-centric and service-oriented mind-set
