Randstad is searching for an experienced site manager to start at a highly reputable company on the South Side of Brisbane, immediately. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the best in the industry.

About the role:

You will have a can do attitude and lead and develop the team to become a high performing cohesive group of individuals while cultivating your own culture within the workplace, as well as meeting client deliverables.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Creating and maintatining a safe environment where issues are identified and resolved to ensure the safetly and well being of employees
• Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures & operations
• Manage performance in line with KPI's & conduct performance reviews
• Manage driver reporting injuries, hazards, conflict and customer issues and meet customer expecations
• Prepare monthly reports for clients and improve business processes by implementing procedures and technology
• Build strong and positive relationships with customers and service providers, ensuring proactive and accurate communication
• Oversee & develop overall fleet operation ensuring maximum optimisation of vehicles
• Conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholders to improve, maintain & build relationships

To be successful for this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in consistently deliveryig results & exceeding budget targets
• Excellent commercial, P&L managment, interpersonal and communication skills
• Relevant tertiary qualifications & experience is highly regarded
• Proven planning, problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through issues
• Extremely strong safetly & compliance focus
• Computer literacly skills is a must
• Excellent understanding of the transport industry
