This is an opportunity to work with a well-established medicinal organisation located centrally on the Gold Coast. As their business is growing rapidly, they are currently looking for a Contact Centre Operator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
As a Call Centre Operator, you are responsible for providing patients with seamless customer service. You will have an eye for detail and focus on speed and accuracy when scheduling appointments and entering client information into numerous customer management systems.
- Maintaining a high level of patient service and care while operating in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Work efficiently and productively in a team environment with attention to detail for data integrity
- Accuracy when responding to enquiries
- Manage correspondence efficiently in an efficient time frame/s
- Handle sensitive information and respond to patients with care
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will have excellent communication skills and a strong call centre background. You will enjoy a stimulating, fast paced role and be both proficient and accurate with the input of data. You will have the ability to engage with a variety of personalities and respond to sensitive information, whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service and care.
