This growing healthcare provider is looking for an Operations Administrator to support key teams across the business including finance and procurement. With 11 sites across NSW and increasing, this is an exciting time to join this close knit team and play a big part in the success of this growth.
Your new role
Reporting the Finance and Administration Managers, daily tasks will include; ensuring fire and health and safety compliance is up to date, monitoring budgets and expenditure on projects using Excel, overseeing stock levels and ensuring personal protective equipment meets industry standards, supporting finance with allocation of invoices to the right department.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have had prior experience of working in a procurement or project administration position. Any knowledge of transactional finance will be a benefit as well. You will have a good level of experience with MS Office and have fantastic communication skills. The most important quality for this role will be to have compassion and an understanding of how your role and attitude affect the experience and care of the patients.
