very poor service. posted on Facebook messenger after purchase of large system.waiting and waiting days for reply.
no reply for days until i went online again and was answered but then again ignored any reply. very unprofessional . site says "service compared to none" which sounds correct.
was counting on advice re purchase of more equipment.
shop elsewhere. too much hassle getting answers and advice.
