they don't answer phone or respond to emails requests for help.
bought e bike mx2000 .my bike has a electrical problem .have tried contacting them by phone and email on many occasions with no success.they have my money and i have their faulty bike.my suggestion is to DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY .
