Customer Satisfaction NOT guaranteed
Ordered online and paid for order shipping stated 2 business days, even allowing for w/ends order still had not arrived a week later. Called the mobile number left message and no response. Emailed company and no response. Called again and chose the ‘personal assistant’ option and she is Non existent. Still waiting on a response from company and with little choice recouping funds spent and leaving an honest review.

I am very sorry for the experience that you have had with NARCOTECT, I have checked our records and we only have two orders from Claire’s with our records stating the orders have been received.
We do not have any correspondence requesting a refund or that one of the Claire’s have not received an item.
I am concerned that it has taken so long for a complaint to surface as the dates for the orders were 02 Jul 17 and 20 May 18 respectfully with the above complaint being listed on 01 Feb 19.
I am happy to talk to you and resolve this unfortunate issue either buy re sending the order or authorising a refund.
If you would like to contact me as soon as possible I am quite sure we can have a satisfactory outcome to this our first complaint.
