Teardrop 123 - South Perth

Same Issues as below. Ordered flags in October 2016, quick correspondence to get artwork done and payment... Then nothing. No flags, No phone, No emails.... I have gone to ACCC and Fair Trading and until they get more complaints they cannot do anything about it, they know he is unregistered.
The only hope you have is if you pay him by credit card - then you can lodge a fraud case with the bank. If you pay by direct deposit - as I did because his system was down - you have no hope!!!
I email every week to try and wear him down.... Not working so far!

Looks like i Have just been caught up in this Fraud too.
Very quick in answering phone and emailing artwork, then once i paid, all numbers seem to disconnect when i ring, emails are not responded too! Wow never been ripped off by a Fraudster. Not sure what to do next. Remember Troy, what you give out will eventually come back to you, so live the life of how you wish to be treated or honestly things will go from bad to worse all the time for you.

I also placed an order in early January and to date have not received anything. He was contacting me over email but now wont return my emails and ill hone numbers i call go nowhere.

Has anyone had any luck getting anything back ?

This Guy is Fraud Im reporting him to my bank now and I'm reporting him to ACORN
He ignores e - mails and just takes your money. He doesn't send any flags just does the artwork gets you to approve it then pay. DON'T PAY UNTIL YOU RECIEVE ANY FLAGS!!!!!!!!!!

HE DESERVES JAIL TIME. HES WASTING MY TIME NOW AND HE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME.

Dont Bother with this guy.
Troy Stevens has taken our order and money up front as he requested. No goods have arrived and we can no longer contact him.
Repeated contact attempts through all forms including phone, email etc have had no results.
After invesigative processes where undertaken from our recovery team it was found that he is operating while he has un registered his business name and also de registered gst.
The invoice he supplied to us was 4 months after he has de registered.
Therefore he is operating without a business name and also charging GST when he is not registered to do so.
Still no contact from him and no refund of money paid up front.
Do yourself a favor and use someone else.

we are not able to get troy stevens to contact us after taking our order and money. It is now 7 months and he has not supplied our flags nor has he contacted us to explain why.
On facebook other people have been given the same treatment.
