TNT Express - Taree

Hopeless, never had an issue before, but this courier decided not to leave my parcel... leaves me a note, absolutley no ref no/ consignment no. to type into the link, given in numerous texts im getting to do so...
No contact number for taree tnt... old number doesnt work... so according to them they will just send my parcel back to sender!... i cant contact them!...

having no luck with the couriers and transport companies of late it took nearly a week to finally get luggage sent from SYDNEY AIRPORT that the airline forgot to put on the same bloody plane i was flying on now i have purchased some items from a supplier from CLONTARFF QLD and we were told it would be possible OVERNIGHT and then got told it was in the TAREE DEPOT and i would have it by lunch time yesterday ******** we get told that they are under the pump and doing what they can to get the BACKLOG cleared and the place is closed and the FLAMING PHONE has been bloody well disconnected UNBELIEFABLE

Went to pick up parcel, phone number disconnected and have moved

Apparently this has been asked by the staff at Taree TNT and it really annoying I went to the old address then try to phone n find out it’s been disconnected

Waited online/for a callback for over one hour to organise redelivery. No card left by driver, only a sms. Tracking number in the sms not recognised by the VRA system.

I am having some batteries sent to Taree by a supplier that uses TNT. I am only visiting the area and have no address. Can I use the TNT Depot as delivery address and pick them up when they arrive?
