Kingaroy Freight Express

Two drivers in two days couldn’t deliver my parcel. The first one couldn’t find my house in town when no other company has ever had trouble...he put down wrong address and thus didn’t leave it at my post office even. It was taken to a post office an hour away from me. It was a parcel from Telstra and I had to ring StarTrack and Telstra several times (which took hours) to sort it out for delivery today...Today the driver said no one was home, and just left a card in the letterbox. I was home all day today, it was obvious my car was there, the driver didn’t even knock on my front door. The driver didn’t try to contact me by phone. They also didn’t leave the parcel at my post office like they should have now knowing they had the right address. They took my parcel back to the post office an hour away...Unbelievable...They wanted to try and deliver it a third time tomorrow but I’d positively had enough...and told them to just deliver it to my post office as I’m guaranteed to get it at least...Very poor effort on their part, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
