Where does one start from pthe plans what plans have showers that are only 750ml wide doors that open in on one another. Why as clients we can see these mistakes and he as a so called professional not.
He wants to project manage, he asks for money up front, slab starts getting poured he decides to lift the height of slab, without the clients consent, that costs an extra $6000 and that's only the start.
From the start to almost lock up he stepped on the property in total 15 minutes not bad for a fee of $********.
Holes that he had no idea how to fix shonky trades people bowed walls and the list goes on- would not recommend him or his company for anything, this guy has no idea how to design or project manage.
Biggest mistake of our lives getting involved with this shonk- wouldn't wNt anyone else to get burnt by this bloke, he has no idea -what a waste of money and time.
Obviously no experience, I have no idea how people like this are able and get away with running so called businesses and get away with it.
